The following only applies if you are a consumer AND purchasing goods and/or services by mail order or from our website.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you may cancel a contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods (the “cooling off period”). If you want to cancel the contract within this cooling-off period, a refund (or an exchange or replacement if required) will be provided once the part(s) have been returned back to us (at your own cost ). The parts will be inspected by ourselves before any refund is processed to verify it is our part that has been returned and that the part hasn't been damaged in anyway whilst in your possession.

To cancel a contract, you must:

  2. Return the goods to us, in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging and the product documentation, and at your own cost and risk. The goods must not have been used. If the item has been fitted or damaged then there will be no refund available.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
